Buttervania

Buttervania is a two-dimensional action-platforming game in the Metroidvania genre. The core mechanic has the player spreading butter on each surface they touch, which influences their movement and attacks. However, they will find themselves losing health for each buttered-up tile. Don’t spread yourself too thin!

This is a submission for Pirate Software- Game Jam 14 with the theme of It’s Spreading.
